For over 20 years, Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage has been a thriving sustainability demonstration project in Northeast Missouri. You can experience everything from organic permaculture garden and design to natural buildings, alternative energy, inner sustainability and self governance when you come and visit for our 2 week visitor program. Every year we host visitor programs along with other ways to come see the village. Click below to get more information on how you can come experience an eco-conscious community firsthand.

Building homes and other structures that are healthy for humans and for the planet is an essential part of sustainability. At Dancing Rabbit we strive towards these ideals as we try to build homes that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and long-lived. Join us for a life changing hands-on weekend of learning and building. You’ll take away natural building knowledge and experience that can be applied anywhere, including an existing home.

Join us for a weekend packed with information on living in a sustainable community. Gather information on how you too can live a light and rich life in modern day society. From natural buildings and alternative energy to low carbon gardens and communication and conflict resolution for cooperative culture there is something for everyone!

Embrace growth, self-love, and transformation at our four day Women’s Retreat. The path to re-impassioning your life, creativity and sacred gifts starts here. Join us and connect with yourself in nature at our ecovillage, surrounded by supportive women.
